Billing & Cancellation
Effective September 2, 2026
This page explains how PR Run memberships bill, renew, cancel, and retain athlete data. It supplements the PR Run Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Membership billing
PR Run memberships bill monthly through Stripe. Your card is charged at the start of each billing period. Stripe sends payment receipts directly to the email on your account.
Founding price lock
Founding membership pricing remains locked while the same founding subscription stays continuously active. Canceling ends the lock unless a separate written policy says otherwise. Taxes, optional add-ons, or future products may change independently.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal in membership settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the end of the paid billing period unless payment failure rules apply.
Payment failure and grace
If renewal fails, PR Run may preserve premium access for a short grace period while Stripe retries payment. During grace, update your payment method in the billing portal. If payment is not recovered, premium access ends while training history remains saved.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact Alpine Asset Architects, LLC, doing business as PR Run, a Montana limited liability company with its principal office at 1001 S Main St, Ste #600, Kalispell, MT 59901 support through the contact page. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe.
Data after cancellation
Canceling does not delete completed workouts, check-ins, race selections, or historical plans. Premium planning and coaching features become read-only until you reactivate.
Professional review required
Before public launch, have qualified counsel review subscription renewal language, cancellation mechanics, refund policy, sales-tax obligations, health and coaching disclaimers, and email consent.
