Four 13.5-mile North loops and four 11.5-mile South loops from Cool Staging Area. North loop hits Western States trail, Pig Farm, K2, Olmstead, Salt Creek. South loop runs Knickerbocker, Blue Oak, Pilot Hill. Total gain about 13,600 feet. Low 1,100. High 1,650.

Loop math and heat management. North loops carry 2,200 feet per lap. Train rolling foothill climbs in June temps.
